Abstract:

Due to increasing needs for satellite servicing in future space programs, new challenges arise for the orbital rendezvous guidance in order to increase the autonomy to the orbital spacecrafts. Among these challenges, robustness of the optimal maneuver planning to some amount of uncertainty inherent to GNC systems, is a key issue. This paper develops robust rendezvous planning algorithm that can ensure final rendezvous condition in the presence of uncertainties.
